Did God Really Command Genocide?
Paul Copan & Matthew Flannagan
Two theists attempt to help Christians and non-believers (not so much) to understand the biblical and ethical implications of passages in the Old Testament that look a lot like divinely commanded genocide.

How’s that for alliteration?

A Morally Questionable Escape Clause
The bible doesn’t condemn divinely commanded violence… but we should.
“Anyone who condones, the deliberate and merciless slaughter of men, women, and children who are innocent of any serious wrongdoing, …should be regarded with abhorrence.”
Raymond Bradley
Would that include Copan and Flannagan?

Answering the Music Man
A gaggle of theists attempt to discredit renown atheist Dan Barker. One would think that the easiest way to discredit an Atheist is to prove the existence of God. But that’s not what they do. Instead, they question his definition of words.

Evangelical Vs Progressive Christianity
What do they actually believe?
One would think that Christian churches would have almost the same doctrines. But that’s not what we found when we compared an evangelical mission statement with the beliefs of a progressive congregation. The differences are striking and reveal a conflicting view of the very nature of God. This will be a nine-part series looking at and comparing different elements of each congregation’s mission statement.
